Welcome to our mountain paradise.  We are a small, but quaint 50 + adult only year round campground, situated in the heart of Maggie Valley, North Carolina.  At 3, 000 ft we are located on Jonathan Creek, surrounded by magestic mountins and pure fresh air.  We offer large campground amenities, with stays of 3 months, 6 months, or on a yearly basis.  No nightly or weekly stays which allow us to provide a relaxing and restful environment without the noise of ins and outs.  Across the street is Maggie Valley Town Hall and Library.  The Maggie Valley Festival Grounds are within walking distance as are 7 different restaurants including the Famous " Joey's Pancake House "..

Electricity is billed monthly and is additional on all site rentals.
